What's my new payment?

Three taps. Nothing you'd need to look up.

Step 1 of 3

What's your current rate?

Roughly how much is left on the loan?

Where should we send your numbers?

Soft inquiry only. Your credit score is not touched.

Your details go to one licensed broker — never sold, never shared.

The math, out loud

What "last year's rate" is costing you every month

Illustrative examples of a homeowner moving from a 7.6% rate to a 5.99% 30-year fixed. Your numbers will differ — that's exactly what the ten-minute quote is for.

Smaller payment, and nothing else about your life changes

A refinance isn't a new mortgage on a new life. It's the same home, the same address, the same front door — with a payment that finally matches today's market instead of the one you happened to close in.

You keep the difference, every month

Not a one-time rebate — a permanently lower payment for the life of the loan.

We shop it so you don't have to

Dozens of lenders compete for your loan, including the bank you're with now.

The math before the paperwork

You see the full line-by-line comparison — costs included — before you sign anything.

Honest urgency

Rates move every day. Your quote doesn't have to.

We won't pretend there's a midnight deadline. The real deadline is the market: rates reprice daily, and the rate you can get today may not exist Thursday.

Get a quote today and your rate is frozen for 45 days

Free, automatic, no obligation. If rates jump tomorrow, your number doesn't move. If they fall further before you close, we re-quote you at the lower rate. Either way, the market stops being able to hurt you the moment your quote exists.

Lock in today's quote — free

45-day rate lock included with every quote. No hard pull.

How it works

Ten minutes now. Three to five weeks if you say yes.

The only part you owe anyone today is step one — finding out whether this is worth doing at all.

"I bought in Fairview at the absolute worst month for rates and just assumed I was stuck with it. Saw the headline, tapped through the little calculator on my phone while dinner was in the oven. My payment dropped $389 a month and my credit score never moved until I'd already decided."

"My own bank had been sending me 'great news about rates' emails for a year and never once offered me a better one. Keystone shopped it, beat my bank by almost a full point, and showed me every cost before I signed. The 45-day lock meant I could actually think it over."

Designer's notes — Pages by Beth

Why this page works

Every choice on this page is doing a job. Here's the reasoning, in plain English, the way I'd explain it to a client.

The buyerPhone in hand, headline fresh in mind

This visitor saw a "rates are falling" story on their phone twenty minutes ago. They're not researching mortgages — they're wondering one thing: am I overpaying? They'll give this page about eight seconds to answer that, on a 375px screen, probably standing in their kitchen. So the page opens with their exact thought ("Rates dropped. Your payment didn't.") and puts the answer machine directly under it.

The primal driverMoney — a specific, monthly number

Nobody refinances for fun; the paperwork alone is a deterrent. The only force strong enough to overcome that is money made concrete. Not "great rates" — a number: $412 a month, $4,944 a year. Abstract savings are ignorable. A dollar figure with a slash-mo after it gets compared to a car payment in the visitor's head, instantly. That's why the number appears in the calculator readout, the savings table, and the image caption.

The objection"Checking will ding my credit"

Two fears kill refinance leads: the credit-score hit and paperwork hell. The headline and sub-head dissolve the second ("ten minutes, three taps"), and the CTA itself dissolves the first — the button literally says "no hard pull." I put the objection-handler inside the button because that's where the fear fires: finger hovering, one second before commitment. Answering it anywhere else on the page is answering it too early or too late.

The ladder rungLead magnet — the one burning question

This page sells nothing. It trades ten minutes for the single number the visitor is burning to know: their new payment. That's a lead magnet in its purest form — the answer to the one question they arrived with. Once Keystone delivers that number (with the math shown), the conversation about actually refinancing starts from trust instead of from a cold pitch. The core offer comes later, by phone, with the quote already in hand.

The calculator-feel form

A traditional mortgage form looks like homework, and homework gets postponed. This one looks like an app: tap a rate bracket, tap a balance bracket, done. Every question is answerable off the top of the head — that's the house rule. The brackets also do quiet qualification work: by the time someone leaves their phone number, the broker already knows roughly what the loan looks like.

The dark readout header

The deep-navy panel with the mint "$412/mo" readout makes the form card read as an instrument, not a form. People trust calculators more than they trust salesmen — a calculator feels like it's on your side. The asterisk keeps it honest; the FAQ and the table footnote spell out that it's illustrative.

The savings table

One savings claim is marketing. Four balances in a table is math. Showing the old payment next to the new one — with the visitor's likely row highlighted — lets them find themselves in the data, which is far more persuasive than any adjective. The illustrative disclaimer sits directly under it, in full, because in a regulated vertical the fastest way to lose trust is a number that feels sneaky.

The desire image

The photo isn't a loan officer at a desk — it's a couple holding keys to their own home. The result, never the service. Refinancing produces no visible object, so the image shows the feeling of the result (this home, secure, cheaper) with the annual-savings chip floating on top to tie the emotion back to the number.

The rate-lock urgency

I refuse fake countdowns, and this vertical doesn't need them: rates genuinely reprice every day. The page states that truth, then flips it from a threat into a shelter — quote today, locked for 45 days. Urgency that survives scrutiny converts better long-term than urgency that insults the reader's intelligence.

Dual proof

Status proof (4.9★, 203 reviews, license badge) sits in the hero, where skepticism is highest. Personal proof — two named homeowners with faces, one a young first-time buyer who thought she was "stuck" — sits further down, where the visitor is asking "is this for someone like me?" Each testimonial quietly restates an objection-handler: the score that never moved, the bank that got beaten by a point.

Repeated CTAs

After the fold the page re-runs the arc — math, imagery, honesty, process, proof — and every beat ends at the same door: a full-width button back to the form, roughly every screen-height. The button copy varies but the promise never does: your number, no hard pull, ten minutes.

Straight answers

Questions homeowners actually ask

Does checking my rate hurt my credit score?

No. The initial quote uses a soft inquiry — the same kind lenders and landlords run all day — and it never touches your score. A hard pull only happens later, at formal application, and only after you've seen your numbers, decided the savings are worth it, and told us to proceed. You will never be surprised by it.

Is the $412/month savings number real?

It's an illustration, and this page says so right next to the number. It models a $380,000 balance moving from a 7.6% rate to a 5.99% 30-year fixed. Your number depends on your balance, your current rate, and the term you choose — and you'll see the actual math, line by line, before you commit to anything. If your math doesn't work, we'll say so.

How fast is this, really?

The quote takes about ten minutes: three taps plus your contact details. You get your personalized numbers the same day. If you decide to move forward, a typical refinance closes in three to five weeks.

The ten-minute promise covers the part where you find out whether it's worth doing — which is the only part you owe anyone today.

How is this different from my bank's website?

Your bank shows you its rates. A broker shops your loan across dozens of lenders and shows you the best of all of them — your own bank included. Banks count on the inertia of existing customers, which is exactly why so many people are still sitting on last year's rate. Comparing costs you nothing, and it frequently wins.

What if rates rise while I'm deciding?

That's what the rate lock is for. Rates genuinely move every day — some days in your favor, some days not. When you get your quote, you can lock that rate for 45 days at no cost. Locked means locked: if rates jump the next morning, your number doesn't. If they fall further before you close, we re-quote you at the lower rate.

Do I need to hand over bank passwords or log-ins?

No. Never. Not for the quote, not for the application, not for anything. The quote needs only what you can answer off the top of your head. Later in the process you upload documents yourself — statements, pay stubs — through a secure portal.

Anyone, in any industry, who asks for your actual passwords is someone to walk away from.
